Australia is to send all asylum seekers who arrive in the country illegally by boat to its northern neighbour Papua New Guinea. More than 15,000 asylum seekers have arrived on Australian territory from the sea this year, but from now on none of them will be allowed to stay. Al Jazeera’s Dominic Kane reports.
